My new standing date is girls' night (with girls from my Community Group) at Palate the second Monday evening of every month, so last night I enjoyed good conversation with my friends, Jill and Meeghan. While chatting about all things -- good, bad, and indifferent -- going on in our lives, we savored an excellent bottle of 2006 Ramsay Sauvignon Blanc. I highly recommend it... fruit forward, light on the palate, refreshing. I'm sure it would have tasted even better if it had been warm enough to sit outside on the patio, but more patio nights are to come.
