Redemption Song

My big committee meeting is over, my report to council is nearly finalized, and Heather and I just had a delicious dinner at a local restaurant that serves Middle Eastern cuisine (the hummus was some of the best I've ever had... and I'm a bit of a hummus snob). Salt Lake City is slowly redeeming itself today. Really, the city isn't that bad -- just a little sleepy and dated, but I think they're working on that. It's hot here, though -- bloody hot. Thankfully it is dry heat rather than the nasty humid hotness of Atlanta, but apparently the temperatures are higher here this week than they have been at home.
