I mentioned in Elsa's twenty-two-month post that she is saying things such as "ointment" and "Neosporin," as these are items that are on her changing table. Well, recently she has taken to trying to say "Desitin," but it comes out more like "Desitit." And, because there are two different types of Desitin on the changing table, she requests holding both the "purple Desitit" and the "blue Desitit." Last night Jarrett, in an attempt to overpronounce the "tin" portion of the word to see if Elsa would pronounce it more correctly, sent our little girl into a bout of hysterical laughter, which, in turn, let us join in on a wonderful laughing session. It is pretty common for Elsa to find new words and pronunciations rather funny, but this especially seemed to strike a funny chord within her. See for yourself.

Very cute! It sounds like Jarrett is about to break out in a rock song about Desitin!
