Elsa and I embarked upon our first baking experience together yesterday afternoon. I chose an easy oatmeal raisin cookie recipe, which is supposedly a healthy version of the cookie. Who knows how healthy they really are, but it at least sounds good. Elsa stood on one of our dining chairs and helped me dump the ingredients in the bowl, and stir, stir, stir.
Here she is enjoying the end product. Sadly for me, I could not join in on the taste testing since they were not gluten free. I actually slipped up a bit when I went braindead and licked some of the batter (my favorite part!) off of my fingers. Oops.
